Our standard box is 27cm x 27cm, 10cm tall, comfortably fitting 3–6 items plus filler — the ideal size for a beautifully arranged gift. We offer a range of styles and ribbon colors to choose from.

It's also worth asking anyone else at the delivery address, since the sender and recipient are often different people — the courier always hands the gift to the intended recipient directly. If there's still no answer, we'll follow up with the courier to confirm exactly who received it and when.
