2. Press the button “Add to Cart”
3. Go to Checkout.
4. Fill up the details for delivery.
6. Include a personal message for the receiver in the special text field.
7. Choose your Payment Method.
8. Place Order!

Once all the steps are done, the confirmation of your order will appear on your screen with your order number. Each of our customers receives a confirmation of the order by Email as well. If you didn’t immediately receive an email confirmation, it’s possible that the notification email has landed in your spam folder or has been denied by your email server. Our order confirmation email comes directly from our Web system and we have had some clients occasionally unable to receive these emails based on restrictions set up at the email server level. We understand that this is frustrating and unfortunately, this is something out of our control.
But we are always here for you, just contact us by our email [email protected] or WhatsApp and we are more than happy to provide you with all information about your order if you don’t see a confirmation email in your spam folder.

You can choose something from already boxed gift ideas, or you can decide the contents of your own box. So, we recommend 3-6 products from our selection inside the box. Create your gift box!

Each Ready BOXED includes our branded gift card with a hand-written note in English. You simply provide us with your message and we’ll handle the rest. You can add your message on the checkout page using “order notes” or you can just keep a note for us in “order notes” that you need only a postcard and we will keep it for you outside of the box.

For your own custom Boxed, you can choose a preferred gift card and keep your message (English) with it during your box customization. We will hand-write your message on your chosen gift card.

We have 4 payment options at this moment.
1. Cash on delivery.
2. Bank transfer. (You can send it from any bank in UAE)
3. Card payment.
4. Apple Pay.

We deliver our Gift Boxes all over UAE 6 days a week from 10 am until 10 pm every day. The shipping usually takes 1-3 working days, depending on our busyness and the delivery company schedule.

Sunday – delivery is out of service.

Same-day delivery is available in Dubai. (Kindly, check with us the available delivery slots before placing an order) The order should be placed before 12 pm.

We do deliveries for Abu Dhabi Western Region destinations. Before placing an order please, contact us for delivery timings and delivery charges.

If you place an order on Saturday, please note, that it will be shipped out the following Monday (as delivery is out of service on Sunday).

If you need your order to be delivered on a specific date, please keep a note for us in the “order description” during checkout or contact us before placing an order via WhatsApp or our Instagram Page.

We are dealing with an independent delivery company that has its own schedule. Once they will be ready to deliver your gift box, they will contact the receiver. They are very polite and good-looking.

If you would like to send a gift box to someone, make sure that you fill-up the form on the checkout page. We need just Name, Phone number, City and living Area with the address.

If you don’t have exact location of the reciver, no worries. We will contact the receiver by ourself to confirm the delivery location.

Since we are sending gift boxes mostly directly to the gift recipients, no, we do NOT include a receipt with the box to accompany the gift. You, as a gift giver will receive an Email confirmation upon placing an order which can serve as a receipt.

Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds.

In the unlikely event, your gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it perfect for you.
