2. The owner and operator of the Site is Boxed Studio FZ LLE, with its office located at Creative Tower, office 119, Fujairah in the UAE ("we", "our" or "us").
3. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order via the Site. By placing an order on the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale with immediate effect.

2. Company Legal Position

1. Each product in your order is sold by us.
2. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we notify you of our acceptance in writing (e.g. by email or mobile messaging). If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing or through a call and will not charge you for the product.
3. By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Tabby, or bank transfer.
4. In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions.
5. boxed.ae is a legal entity & is registered in the United Arab Emirates under Boxed Studio FZ LLE in Creative City (Fujairah Free Zone), License #4422 AE.

3. Accuracy and Completeness of Information

1. boxed.ae displays information in good faith. Our staff write product titles and descriptions in a general context.
2. We regularly update the content of our website. However, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors or omissions without prior notice.

4. Changing Conditions & Prices

1. boxed.ae reserves the right to change product availability, options, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
2. We can modify or discontinue any aspect of online shopping services at any time.

5. Order Cancellation

1. You can cancel or change your order prior to dispatch by emailing hello@boxed.ae with your order reference.
2. boxed.ae reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery issues, with prompt customer notification and full refund.

6. Returns and Exchange Policy

Non-returnable Products: You do not have a right to return or exchange products in respect of:

• Perishable food, beverages, or customized items that have been personalized.
• Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
• Consumables or personal care items where hygiene seals are broken.

Refunds for authorized returns will be issued to your original payment card or wallet.
